| We stayed at the Rosebank last year and booked up immediately for this year we enjoyed it so much. The owners and the staff are really friendly and it's like being at home. The food was faultless and nothing was too much trouble. My son and his partner were dancing at the Wintergardens and I even had his shirts washed and dried for me. It was brilliant. Can't wait to stay again!! |

Hi Helen and Mike,
Fantastic stay as usual, I have stayed in many hotels in the past, but i would have to say that yours has always been the most welcoming!. Food A1, as is the accommodation.
Won't forget to sort Mike some karaoke gear and tell Helen it will cost her £30 lol (joke!)

We've been to Rosebank Villa Hotel twice. Once by car (cheap parking close by) the other by plane (Mike dropped us at the airport - what a nice fella).
Mike and Helen are wonderful hosts. Rooms were tidy and what a breakfast! For those of you looking after your weight, you'll only need half of the full monty.
Good value for money and have just booked for a third visit. Can't wait. |

| Stayed at rosebank villa with my 2 friends and had a great time the hotel was the cleanest ive seen in blackpool and the owners were great and really helped us beyond what we would have expected. will be back next year. |

Well what can we say about this hotel and its owners! A1 facility and owners that go the extra mile (not the golden one! Mike couldn't manage the walk lol' to make your stay first class!
Will be coming back next year, as the Blackpool Tour wouldn't be compete without a trip to your hotel and a night out on the town with 'Mr Fred Flinstone'

| Hi me and my 2 eriends have just stopped at the rosebank villas it is the 3rd time now and was made to feel welcome.Very clean it is now a no smoking hotel but this was not a problem we just went outside.The breakfasts are the best.Thanks to you both Mandy,Natalie and Vickey see you next year |

We had a alovely time the food was excellent helen was a lovely women and michael well he was great crack even though he pulled the pisss out of me. we had a great night when we went out with yuo and we will certainly return next year. | This is the 2nd time we stayed here and can't fault the hospitality of Helen & Michael. Hotel is clean and serves a good choice of breakfast meals. It is in an ideal location, close to all the attractions and within walking distance. A good time had by all. |

| I had such a nice time in Blackpool, this hotel is very friendly and the owners make you feel at home, our room was fantastic. The breakfast is very good too, you get plenty to eat. I will definetly go back to this hotel when i go to Blackpool again. |

| I spent a weekend at the Rosebank villa hotel back in May 2005. I have to say that the location of this hotel is excellent (everthing is close by) also the hotel offers very good value for money. And the owners where extremly friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The only negative point about this hotel as far as Im concerneded is the lack of long stay parking close by. |

| A very pleasing and friendly Hotel. Very well worth the money. Also saves money on food. The breakfast is that large, you dont feel like anything until teatime. Definately worth another visit. Thanks for the hospitality |

Spent the bank holiday weekend here....what can i say......clean rooms, friendly atmos, great food, great pint, good entertainment (darts sky TV etc) and most of all great hosts....Helen & Mike

I found this hotel, warm frendly and very well ran.
My room was very nice and had everything I needed.
I would recomend a stay with the Nolans to anyone, from familys through to young cuples. |

Came to Blackpool today thinking would have to search all day for a nice hotel.
Instantly found Rose Bank Villa, and felt such a warm welcome that I had to book strait away. Looking forward to a Very Magical stay end of February. |

| I have been visiting Blackpool for the last ten years!! Rosebank hotel has yet to be beaten! Excellent in everyway. Rooms are lovely, food even better. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a great small but friendly hotel. Will definetly stay there from now on! Very good value for money. |
