| just got back from a weekend very nice hotel made us very welcome enternaiment they put on for myself and friend was hilarious nice one heather had a good time |

| Having used the Newlands on numerous occasions I can only hand out praise to the hosts in the running of the hotel. The hotel is kept clean and comfortable and very family friendly. I have no hesitation in recommending the Newlands |

Just returned from another week at this hotel (2nd time we've been now). Had an extremely enjoyable week - Heather & Phil really make your holiday, they have made this hotel the best place to stay in Blackpool and I will continue to recommend it to everyone I know.

| Really enjoyed our stay here, this is the best place we've stayed in Blackpool. The bar (music room) has a great atmosphere, thr place is spotless and the food great. We will definately be returning. |
