| Hi Dawn & Dave, thanks for a great time. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Hotel was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and the breakfast was superb. I will be recommending it to family and friends and hope to be able to return next year. Once again thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to see you both again soon. |

| We had a wonderful time staying with Dawn and Dave. They accomodated for our every need, swapped to travel cot for a moses basket after the first night to make my fussy daughter happy. They even looked after us after our car refused to start when we were leaving! Everything was fab, food accomodation and company. A huge thanks. Emily will be back to see you soon! |

| From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Dawn and Dave couldn't do enough for us. Very clean, well presented hotel and good value for money. Breakfast was brill. Even the bar was good value with a nice friendly atmosphere. Highly recommende. Will be back |

| Dear Dawn and Dave Just a quick note to say thanks very much for the hospitality shown to us over weekend its just a pity we couldn't stay a bit longer. Everything was great especially Daves' breakfasts. The only thing that may have spoiled it was the Mobile Police camera hiding behind a hedge on the A66...bugger! As expected, its all doom and gloom in the newspapers here in Newcastle with talk of the millions of pounds worth of revenue we will miss out on owing to the teams relagation...hopefully,the Toon Army will fill out the Polenez when they travel over next season. We had a great weekend and you both added to it. Best of luck for the summer and hopefully all the business will force Dave into having to buy a bigger frying pan for all the breakfasts. | Great place to stay in the best location. I would never stay anywhere else in Blackpool. It is a beautiful hotel very clean, and all the rooms are lovely, to top it all off they have the best sausages!!! Rick n Karen are a great couple and make you feel more than welcome!!!! thank you for a great bank holiday weekend - we had a right laugh |
