Stayed at this hotel for one night only thank god! The hotel is badly in need of a major refurbishment and modernisation. Don`t be fooled by it`s website is all I can say. Won`t be recommending it to anyone.

I booked this hotel for one night as it said small pets welcome. When we got there and checked in, they said they didn't take pets and the website was out of date. They said they were changing the site so that it would not confuse others. I note that 2 days later it still says small pets welcome. Be warned - they do not take pets!

Stayed in June with daughter & husband. Most rooms refurbished, new windows. Staff friendly, bit hectic when everyone trying to check in at the same time. Only downfall for me was lack of vegetarian meal choice & availability. Had to ask for it every day, could have been on the buffet & not spicey all the time.

Clean and tidy everywhere Friendly helpful staff, I asked for a film to be put on for the little ones just as a coach load of people were registering but was seen to right away. childrens entertainer "magic Malky" very good at his job. If you like Blackpool you'll love this hotel.Only downside is its a bit noisy in the corridors at night esp on weekends .

Stayed last October. Very tired and run down. Desperately needed refurbishment. But the staff were very nice - my diabetic son needs a snack before bed and they happily fetched him some cereal and didn't charge.

I stayed in the Norbreck Castle Hotel in Blackpool last year and the bed rooms where terrible alresdy run down, holes in walls water coming in as it was raining a lot buckets
along the corridors to collect the water, curtains hanging of
the rails the rooms where terrible. We got moved we to the other side of the hotel but it was no better. The food,
entertainment, & pool where excellent. J.

The superior rooms in the Norbreck (the ones with a jacuzzi bath and no window) are good but the jacuzzi bath isn't overly great. If I chose again I'd have a window instead.

The pool/sauna facilities and the fact it has a small arcade and 2 bars makes this hotel worth stopping at. Nice one Norbreck

The hotel is lovely, but the disabled toilets doors arent wide enough for chairs that have cambered wheels. The last time I stayed quite few of the wheelchairs had to get help to get to the loo because of this problem. I due to stay here again from 21 -23 February for Students with disabilities Conference.

I found that the food was nice also last time, so do enjoy yourselves.
