This hotel is a disgrace to Blackpool. They are hiding behind the fact they are refurbishing. The bedroom my mum and i stayed in was disgusting. My rating would be minus if possible. Room small, dingy, dirty. Windows absolutely filfthy. Food (half board) quite good. Entertainment ok - bingo ,organist , small cabaret. Bar drinks quite expensive. Accommodation very, very poor, complained about first room, no shower over bath, carpet stained with tea bags, and tea stains up walls, bathroom in poor state of repair, holes in bedding, view from room was of stench pipes and brick wall, was upgraded after complaining, but room only just adequate.
