| I have recently stayed in flat 10 and this flat is very clean and spacious. It is convenient for the town centre meaning that I didnt have to worry about taxis home. My friends and I will be returning soon. |

| we stayed on the ground floor in flat 10 me and 7 others we had a fab week and the flat was perfect in every way.it was clean and tidy and very big we will most certainly be going back. Thanks for a great place to stay.... ps very cheap too |

| Me and 3 other friends wanted a break away and came across this by chance, thank god we did. As students we were on a budget, The oweners were more than happy to help at any time of day! this hotel is perfectly situated. 5 min walk from the centre of blackpool tower, Its got all the essentials and perfect for a girls weekend away |

| This is the second time we have stayed here, the first was fine, this time was not. The room for 3 adults and 1 child was too small. once the bed was down there was no room for anyone who was sleeping in the bedroom to get to the toilet without having to climb over sleeping people. the joining walls were also thin and everything in the joining flats could be heard. On the + side it's clean. |

| close to all amenities. comfortable, clean. well furnished. Staff friendly and welcoming.Stayed here for the last six years on our annual jaunt. |
