There is a charge of £8.00 for lost keys.
In the event of cancellation deposits are only refundable if the apartment can be re booked.
More persons than stated must not occupy the Apartments & Studios.
The proprietors reserve the right to cancel accommodation if at any time in their opinion, the behaviour of a visitor is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby endangered.
The Proprietors do not holds themselves responsible for valuables left in rooms.
An official receipt will be forwarded if accommodation is available, if accommodation is not available your deposit will be refunded by return of post.
The guests are responsible for loss or breakage. |
