Deposits are non refundable or transferable. Credit cards; Visa or Mastercard (Access) etc - 5% surcharge. Debit cards; Switch, Delta, Solo etc - £1.00 surcharge. Once a deposit has been processed, you will be sent an E.mail confirming the booking, amount paid, and the balance outstanding. One Night Booking All one night bookings must be paid in advance and are non refundable or transferable. Group Bookings No reduction from the outstanding balance is offer if the number of guests is reduced without prior arrangement, and the deposit can not be transfered onto the group balance. The Guest House does not offer any refund when the holiday is cut short, for whatever the reason. The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person/s who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests. Any breakage or damage to property will be made good and the cost charged to the organizer of the booking.
