No one night bookings.
Couples, small families and mature people only. No singles, stag or hen parties or groups. Children must be at least 3. Minimum deposits which are non-refundable are 20% of the total cost.
Smoking: Due to new Government regulations and to comply with the 2006 Fire Safety Act we have had a new Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting system installed. This means that, in common with other small hotels and guesthouses, we cannot allow smoking in any part of the premises. We are faced with draconian penalties if we do not observe this law. Very sensitive smoke detectors are now install throughout the building. We ask all guests to please co-operate. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| To avoid paying a cancellation penalty, you must cancel your booking 31 day(s) before your arrival date. |
| In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 31 day(s) notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 70% of the total booking value will be charged. |
