| Hotel Policy |
All group bookings are required to pay their accounts in full 14 days prior to arrival,A credit/Debit card may be requested upon arrival regarding group bookings, if any damages are made to the property fixtures or fitings then the card will be charged accordingly or otherwise the credit/debit card used to make the booking originally will be charged.
The hotel will not tolerate any bad language or person/s misbehaving,
In the event of a person being asked to vacate the hotel due to any form of disturbance within the hotel or bad mouthing members of staff and other guests, no refunds will be given.
All meal times are pre-arranged and no refunds will be given to meals not taken.
The hotel will not tolerate children running around and parents are asked to respect this taking into consideration other guests staying within the hotel.
As From 1st July 2007 All public areas within the hotel will be no smoking, if you wish to ignore these regulations set out by the goverment we will charge your credit/debit card as to any fines that are incured to the hotel by you, also you will be asked to leave the hotel and no refunds will be given,
Any Mishaps within the bed room e.g weting of beds, that are not reported will be charged to your ro the name of the person making the booking/s credit/debit card and if need new matreses and beding will be charged to your card. |
